1/4 tspcloves

3/4 tspcinnamon

2/3 cpumpkin, canned or cooked

1/4 csugar

1 ccream cheese
- FILLING INGREDIENTS

1/4 tspnutmeg

1/4 tspcinnamon

3 Tbspbutter, melted

3/4 cgraham cracker crumbs

How To Make pumpkin cheesecake

1In a small bowl, combine graham wafers, spices and melted butter; mix together and press into 8x8 pan lined with tinfoil.

2Place cream cheese in large mixing bowl and beat with an electric mixer until fluffy.

3Beat in sugar then egg.

4Blend dry ingredients together and beat into cream cheese mixture; beat in pumpkin.

5Pour mixture into prepared pan and bake at 325 about 40 minutes or until filling is just set; cool on a wire rack for one hour, then refrigerate until serving time.

6Garnish with whipped cream or topping just before serving; serve like a pie or in smaller squares.
