  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    canola oil
  • 15 oz
    can pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 can
    sweetened condensed milk
  • FROSTING
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz
    butter softened
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3 1/4 c
    powdered sugar

How To Make pumpkin cake with cream cheese frosting

    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 baking pan. In a large bowl mix your eggs, oil, sugar and pumpkin. Beat in the cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and pour the half can of sweetened condensed milk over the top of the hot cake. Allow to cool at least 1 hour.
