15 ozpumpkin, canned

2 cflour

2 csugar

2 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1 Tbsppumpkin pie spice (more if you'd like)
- FROSTING

6 ozcream cheese, room temperature

6 Tbspbutter, room temperature

1 tspmilk

1 tspvanilla

3 cpowdered sugar
How To Make pumpkin cake bars w/ cream cheese frosting

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease jelly roll pan. Set aside.

2Beat first 4 ingredients to combine. Mix together dry and add to the wet, stirring to thoroughly combine. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 25-30 minutes.

3While baking, beat all frosting ingredients together. If you desire a thinner frosting, reduce the cream cheese to 4oz and the powdered sugar to 2 cups. Frost cake when slightly warm, and enjoy!!
