Ingredients For pumpkin cake

  • 4
    eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 sm
    can pumpkin
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • icing:
  • 1
    stick butter
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 lb
    powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make pumpkin cake

    Beat eggs and sugar until light and lemon colored.

    Add oil and mix well.
  • 3
    Add dry ingredients and then add pumpkin; beat well.

    Pour batter into a prepared bundt pan.

    Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

    For icing:

    Beat all ingredients for icing until smooth.

    Cake must be kept refrigerated.
