My sister in law has been making this for years and I am actually the baker of the family she finally passed it on to me this year. I wanted to share with all of you it's such a moist and delicious cake/bread

Ingredients For pumpkin bread to die for

  • 3 1/3 c
    flour
  • 3 c
    sugar
  • 4
    eggs
  • 2/3 c
    milk
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 2 c
    pure pumpkin
  • 3 Tbsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda

How To Make pumpkin bread to die for

    Mix all ingredients together. Using 4 Bread baking pans(sprayed with a non stick spray) evenly pour mixture into all of them.

    Top each pan with nestles white choclate chips. One bag of 11.5oz will be good for all 4 pans, Bake @350 for 45 minutes.

    Let cool for 10 minutes before taking out of pans. So good warm or however you like.
