Ingredients For prune cake

  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    vegatable oil
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 c
    buttermilk
  • 1 c
    chopped prunes
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    each, cinnamon, nutmeg, all-spice
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How To Make prune cake

  • 1
    Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs. Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk. Add prunes and nuts. Bake in greased and lightly floured bundt pan for 1 hour at 350.
