Many years ago I won a free trip for submitting this delicious coffee cake recipe and we have enjoyed it even more after this.

Ingredients For prize winning coffee cake

4 ozbutter, softened

1 csugar
-
1 csour cream
-
1 1/2 cflour, pre-sifted

2 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspvanilla

2 lgeggs
-
2 Tbspcinnnamon

1/2 cchopped pecans
-
2 Tbspbutter or margerine

1/2 csugar
How To Make prize winning coffee cake

1Grease and flour lightly a Bundt pan. Creme sugar and butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Add alternately with sour cream.

2Pour 1/2 of the batter into the Bundt pan. Sprinkle half of the topping mixture over the batter. Cover with remaining batter.

3Add 2 tablespoons butter to the remaining topping mixture. Dribble over the top. Bake at 350' for 45 minutes. Cool in pan and invert onto serving plate. Enjoy !!
