NOTE: This is the optional recipe to go with the "Pumpkin Pecan Cheesecake" recipe that I have already posted on Just A Pinch...make this dessert topping after the cheesecake has chilled for atleast 24 hours. This is 1 of my late wife's recipes. Ingredients For praline topping

1 cpacked brown sugar

1/2 cwhipping cream

1 cpowdered sugar, sifted

1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make praline topping

1Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat; stirring often

2Then boil while stirring occasionally for 1 minute

3Remove from heat

4Gradually whip in sugar and vanilla until smooth

5Let stand for 5 minutes while whisking occasionally

6Use immediately as an optional ingredient to "Pumpkin Pecan Cheesecake"
