My family loves this frosting on chocolate or white cake.

Ingredients For praline frosting

  • 1 c
    chopped pecans (toasted)
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp
    whole milk
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make praline frosting

  • 1
    Bring to boil in med. size sauce pan, butter, cream and brown sugar. Boil one )1) minute. Remove from heat and stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Add nuts. Stir gently 3 minutes. Frost cake.
