Pound cake is great, and my daughter has decided that it is especially good with some fresh fruit and whipped cream on top!

  • 1 lb
    margarine
  • 1 lb
    powdered sugar
  • 6
    eggs
  • 3 1/2 c
    swans down cake flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla

How To Make pound cake 2, mom

  • 1
    Blend margarine and sugar, add eggs one at a time. Add flour gradually, then vanilla or other flavoring. Bake at 375 degrees 1 hour 15 min. Use tube pan or two standard sized loaf pans.
