18 ozwhite or yellow cake mix

1 cwater

1/2 cvegetable oil

4 mdeggs

3 ozpkg. instant lemon or coconut cream pudding mix

3 Tbsppoppy seeds

1 cpowdered sugar

1 Tbsplemon juice
-
1 tspmelted butter
How To Make poppy seed cake

1Mix cake mix, dry instant pudding and poppy seed together in a large mixing bowl. Add water and oil. mix well; add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour batter into well greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350^ for 45 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean. Allow to cool in pan 15 minutes, then remove. Drizzle with a mixture of the powdered sugar, lemon juice and butter.
