This recipe was my mom's and she always made it and got lots of requests for it when we went to peoples homes. I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients For poppy seed cake

1/3 cpoppy seeds

1 ccold water
-
1 coil
-
4eggs
-
1 small pkginstant butterscotch pudding (dry)

1 boxyellow cake mix

1 1/2 tspvanilla
How To Make poppy seed cake

1Soak poppy seeds in the 1 cup cold water for 10 min.

2Combine everything including water that is on the seeds. Mix well

3Pour into heavily greased (or sprayed) and floured bundt pan.

4Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pan. I don't put any frosting on this cake, but use your own judgement.
