- INGREDIENTS FOR THE CAKE:

1 boxyellow cake mix

3eggs

1 cwesson oil

1 boxinstant pistachio pudding

1 cmilk or ginger ale (i use milk)

1 cpecans, chopped fine
- INGREDIENTS FOR THE ICING:

9 ozcarton of cool whip

1 cpowdered sugar

8 ozcarton of sour cream

1/2 cmilk

1 boxinstant pistachio pudding
How To Make pistachio cake

1Mix all ingredients for cake well and pour into a greased 13x9-inch pan. Bake 25-30 minutes in oven preheated to 350 degrees. Let cool completely before icing.

2For icing: Fold, do not beat, ingredients together in a bowl with a spatula. Ice cake. Place in refrigerator after icing.
