pistachio cake
This recipe belongs to my friend Sheryl Bennett. She made it last St. Patrick's Day and it was great. She also makes it gluten free for her daughter or any other gluten free guests. Just use a gluten free cake mix.

- CAKE

1 boxyellow or white cake mix

1 boxinstant pistachio pudding

4eggs
-
1/2 ccrisco oil
-
1 csour cream
- TOPPING
-
3 Tbspsugar
-
2 Tbspcinnamon
-
1/2 cwalnuts, chopped
How To Make pistachio cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a tube pan with butter or shortening.

2Mix the cake ingredients until it looks like pudding. Mix the topping ingredients.. Pour half the batter into the pan and sprinkle with half the topping.

3Put the remaining batter in and top with remaining topping.

4Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
