This recipe is famous around my house. It is a big request. I never get tired of making it.This recipe is a classic dump cake. Just add everything into a bowl and mix. Very simple and delicious!

Ingredients For pistacchio cake

1 boxwhite cake mix

2 pkginstant pistacchio pudding

4eggs
-
1 cvegetable oil
-
1 cclub soda

1 tspalmond extract
-
1 jarmaraschino cherries (chopped)

1 cchopped walnuts

1 1/2 cconfectioners' sugar

2-3 Tbspcherry juice
How To Make pistacchio cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt cake pan and set aside.

2Add all of ingredients into bowl except the glaze ingredients. Mix very well until there are no lumps in the batter.Pour into prepared pan and bake in the center of the oven for 50 to 60 minutes or when toothpick is inserted to the center of the cake comes out clean.

3Let cake cool on wire rack for 10 minutes. Invert cake onto wire rack and let cool completely.

4For the Glaze: Mix confectioner's sugar and cherry juice 1 tbsp. at a time to ensure a nice thick glaze. Drizzle over cooled cake.
