Ingredients For pink flamingo cake

1white cake mix
-
1(3.5 ounces) cherry jello

3/4 coil

3/4 cbuttermilk
-
3large eggs

1 tspvanilla
- FROSTING

1(8 ounces) can crushed pineapple

1(3.4) ounces) instant vanilla pudding
-
1(16 ounces) cool whip, thawed

1 jar(8 ounces) maraschino cherries, halved, juices reserved
How To Make pink flamingo cake

1In a large bowl, beat cherry jello mix, oil, buttermilk, eggs and vanilla into white cake mix until just combined, then pour into a greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish.

2Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool.

3Place crushed pineapple, with juices, and halved cherries in a large bowl and combined. and sprinkle pudding mix on top,

4Fold in cool whip and 1/4 cup cherry juice until smooth and combined.

5Frost cooled cake and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours , covered, until set.

6Can be made 2 to 3 days ahead
