Ingredients For pineapple sheet cake

  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 lg
    can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1/2 c
    chopped english walnuts
  • ICEING FOR CAKE
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 stick
    softened margarine
  • 1 1/2 c
    powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c
    chopped english walnuts

How To Make pineapple sheet cake

  • 1
    combine all ingredients and bake on a large cookiesheet at 350 degrees for 30 min but browns quickly so check at 25 min. Let cool for 20 minutes

    Iceing- mix all ingredients and spread on cake
