Ingredients For pineapple pecan cake

1 1/2 csugar

2 call-purpose flour

1 tspvanilla extract

1 tspbaking soda

1 1/2 tspsalt

2eggs

1 cancrushed pinapple (large can)

1/3 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1/2 cchopped pecans

1 csugar

1 stickbutter
-
5 ozevaporated milk (1/2 can)

1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make pineapple pecan cake

1Heat oven to 350. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Mix 1 1/2 cups of sugar, flour, soda, salt, eggs, pineapple and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Pour in pan, sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Bake at 350 for 45 mins

2Glaze In medium sauce pan combine 1 cup sugar, 1 stick butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 mins. With a fork punch holes in the baked cake. Pour hot glaze over the cake and enjoy!!!!
