Ingredients For pineapple - pecan cake

2eggs

1 tspvanilla

1 can20 oz can pineapple (do not drain juice)

1 tspsoda

2 csugar
-
2 cflour
-
1/2 cchopped pecans
- FROSTING

8 ozsoftened cream cheese

3/4 cpowdered sugar

1/2 csoftened oleo
-
1 tspvanilla
How To Make pineapple - pecan cake

1Mix all ingredients except nuts and then fold in nuts.

2Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan.

3Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes and then cool.

4For frosting - mix all ingredients together. Spread over cake. Store cake in refrigerator.
