120 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice

2eggs

1 cchopped walnuts

1 tspvanilla

2 tspbaking soda
- FROSTING:

1 pkg8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cbutter, softened
-
1 tspvanilla

4 csifted 10xx sugar
How To Make pineapple nut cake

1Combine all cake ingredients. Pour into prepared 9x13 pan Bake at 350 degrees until the center springs back when touched, at least 45 minutes. Let cool completely. Frost with cream cheese frosting or your favorite vanilla or buttercream frosting.

2Frosting instructions: Beat the softened cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Add 10xx sugar 1 cup at a time. Beat until creamy. Frost cooled cake. I lightly sprinkle nuts on top to indicate that there are nuts in the cake.
