Ingredients For pineapple icebox cake

1 boxyellow cake mix
-
1 can(20 oz) crushed pineapple w/juice

1 csugar
-
1 pkg(3 oz) instant vanilla pudding

1 can(3oz) flaked coconut
-
1(8 oz) carton of cool whip
-
1 cchopped pecans
How To Make pineapple icebox cake

1Bake yellow cake mix as directed in a 9" x 13" pan.

2Simmer pineapple (with juice) & sugar in a small saucepan until sugar dissolves.

3Poke holes in the warm cake with a long tined fork and pour warm pineapple mixture evenly over the cake. Chill cake at least 1 hour.

4Prepare pudding according to package directions. Stir in coconut. Spread over pineapple and cover with whipped topping.

5Sprinkle with pecans. Keep refrigerated.
