Found this on another recipe site, just made a few changes to accomodate my family. The kids love this cake. I love that it has fewer calories and taste great! You could always top with blueberries and strawberries, or even raspberries. Hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients For pineapple cream angel food cake

1 can20oz crushed pineapple in juice, undrained

1 pkg1.5oz fat free sugar free instant vanilla pudding

1 ccool whip free or cool whip lite

1 pkg10oz angel food cake ~round~you can make or use store bought

10fresh strawberrie
How To Make pineapple cream angel food cake

1Mix pineapple and dry pudding mix in medium bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in Cool Whip.

2Cut cake horizontally into 3 layers.

3Stack cake layers on plate, filling layers and topping with pudding mixture.

4Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Top with berries just befor serving.
