1 (20 oz.)can of crushed pineapple in 100% pineapple juice

1/4 to 1/3 cchopped walnuts

Frostingingredients:

1 stickbutter (8 tablespoons)

1 tspvanilla extract

1-1/2 cpowdered sugar
How To Make pineapple cake with cream cheese frosting

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2In a large bowl, add cake ingredients. Mix together well with a fork.

3Pour cake batter in a greased 13" x 9" cake pan. Spread evenly in pan with a spoon.

4Place pan in the oven, and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Until top of cake appears a light golden brown in color.

5Then insert with a toothpick to see if cake is done.

6Allow cake to cool completely before spreading on the frosting and sprinkling with chopped walnuts.
