Ingredients For pineapple cake

  • 1 box
    angel food cake mix
  • 1 can
    pineapple - 20 oz crushed

How To Make pineapple cake

  • 1
    Mix dry cake mix with crushed pineapple (undrained) in large mixing bowl. Pour into 9x13 inch pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees. Turn pan upside down on cooling rack to cool. (Cake tends to sink in center if you cool right side up)

    Frost with large container of frozen desert topping (cool whip). (I sometimes add a can of drained tidbit pineapple to coolwhip) Store in fridge. So simple and very good.
