1 1/2 csugar
-
1 tspsoda
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
2eggs
-
1 can#2 can of crushed pineapple (including juice)

1 cbrown sugar (lightly packed)

1 cpecan pieces
-
1 stickoleo or your favorite marg.

1 cevaporated milk (any brand)
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
1/2 cwhite sugar
How To Make joyce's pineapple cake

19 X 13 PAN (PYREX)
350 DEGREES
BAKE FOR 45 MINS. -
2MIX FOLLOWING INGREDS TOGETHER:
FLOUR, 2 C FLOUR, 1 1/2 C SUGAR, 1 TSP SODA, 1/2 TSP SALT
THEN ADD: EGGS, PINEAPPLE (INCLUDING JUICE)
WHEN ABOVE INGREDS. ARE THOROUGHLY MIXED TOGETHER, POUR INTO A GREASED PAN.
MIX TOGETHER:
BRN SUGAR, NUTS
SPRINKLE ON TOP OF BATTER
BAKE 45 MINS AT 350 DEGREES -
3HAVE READY BY TIME CAKE IS DONE:
IN SAUCEPAN:
OLEO, OR ANY MARG. IF DESIRE, 1 C EVAP. MILK, 1/2 C WH. SUGAR, 1 TSP VANILLA
BRING THIS TO ROLLING BOIL, THEN POUR OVER CAKE
WHILE BOTH ARE PIPING HOT.
SERVE PLAIN OR WITH COOL WHIP OR DREAM WHIP
