C'mon how easy is this!!!! When cooled I cover with 1 container of Cool whip. Ready to serve: I sprinkle coconut over the cool whip, when cutting in squares I add a bottled cherry and pour a little of the cherry juice over, oh yea, you will NOT believe how yummy this is !!!

Ingredients For pineapple cake (2 ingred)

  • 1 box
    angel food cake mix
  • 1 can
    20 oz. can of crushed pineapple w/juice
  • 1 jar
    of bottled cherries w/juice
  • 1 pkg
    cool whip or your own whipped cream

How To Make pineapple cake (2 ingred)

    Set oven 350 degrees

    Mix the two ingredients in large bowl, it will foam up.

    Pour in lightly greased 9x13 cake pan. (I use my glass one)
