Ingredients For pineapple cake
- CAKE:

2 call purpose flour

1-1/2 csugar

1 tspsalt

2 ccrushed pineapple, not drained

2large eggs
-
2 tspbaking soda
- FROSTING:

1stick butter
-
1small can evaporated milk
-
1/2 tspvanilla extract
-
2/3 csugar
-
1/2 cflaked coconut
-
1/2 cpecans, in pieces
How To Make pineapple cake

1Mix all the cake ingredients with spoon -- do not beat. Bake in a greased and floured 13 x 9 pan for 35-40 minutes at 350 or in two 9-inch cake pans.

2For the frosting, place the butter, milk, vanilla and sugar in a saucepan and cook until thick, about 10 minutes or so. Add coconut and nuts. Cook 5 more minutes.

3Pour over cake 5 minutes after taking it from the oven.
