Ingredients For pineapple banana cake

  • CAKE
  • 3 c
    cake flour
  • 2 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1 can
    (8 oz.) crushed pineapple
  • 2 c
    mashed bananas
  • commercial or homemade frosting of your preference. (i usually use vanilla or cream cheese)

How To Make pineapple banana cake

  • 1
    Combine all dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Add in eggs, oil and vanilla, and combine until all ingredients are moistened. Stir in pineapple, pecans and bananas.

    Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch rectangular cake pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cool.

    Frost cake with desired frosting, cover and refrigerate.
