1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspcinnamon

1 cchopped pecans (optional)

1 cvegetable oil

1 tspvanilla

3eggs

1 can(8 oz.) crushed pineapple

2 cmashed bananas

commercial or homemade frosting of your preference. (i usually use vanilla or cream cheese)
How To Make pineapple banana cake

1Combine all dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl. Add in eggs, oil and vanilla, and combine until all ingredients are moistened. Stir in pineapple, pecans and bananas.

2Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch rectangular cake pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cool.

3Frost cake with desired frosting, cover and refrigerate.
