Ingredients For pina colada cake
- CAKE

1 stickbutter (softened)

4eggs

1 boxwhite cake mix
-
1 boxvanilla instant pudding (the smaller one)

1 cancan(s) (10 oz) frozen pina colada concentrate (completely thawed)

2 tspcoconut extract
-
1 Tbspcoconut, flaked
- GLAZE

1 Tbspbutter
-
2 Tbspcoconut extract

1 Tbspcoconut, flaked

1 1/2 c(about) powdered sugar
How To Make pina colada cake

1Pre Heat oven to 350° degrees & prepare Bundt style cake pan. ( I use bakers joy)

2Mix butter, eggs, pina colada concentrate (completely thaw first ), coconut extract & coconut together.

3Add cake mix & pudding mix until well blended.

4Pour into pan Bake about 55 minutes Let cool 15 minutes and remove from pan

5While cake is cooling, in saucepan melt butter for glaze. Add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.

6Drizzle Glaze over Cake while it's still warm
