Everybody loves this cake because it is so yummy it makes you want more. I have made three this week for friends.

Ingredients For pig cake

  • 1 box
    yellow cake mix
  • 1 can
    mandarin oranges, 15 oz.
  • 1 can
    crushed pineapple, 20 oz.
  • 1 pkg
    16 oz,non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 pkg
    3.4 box vanilla instant pudding

How To Make pig cake

    Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 3 - 8 inch pans. 2. Prepare cake mix according to package directions with the addition of mandarin oranges. Pour into 3 - 8 inch pans. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool. 3. To make the filling: In a large bowl, combine crushed pineapple with juice and pudding mix. Fold in the whipped topping. Spread between cooled cake layers. Chill in refrigerator

    If you prefer to use a 9X13 pan,follow the directins for baking time and temp. on the cake mix box. You can even cut that in half and have two square layers, filled with the yummy topping and the spread all over the cake. Use as much as the dessert topping as you want, I like a lot so I use the largest size and smother my cakes in frosting. Bigger and more bites are better. xx
