Ingredients For picnic watermelon cupcakes
- CUPCAKES

1 boxwhite cake mix

1 boxlime jello
-
3egg whites

1/3 ccanola oil

1 1/4 cwater
- TOPPING

8 ozvanilla or white chocolate chips melted

1/2 cbutter, softened

4 cpowdered sugar

1/2 tspkool-aid powder (watermelon cherry flavor)

1 ccut watermelon pureed (about 4tbls pureed)

3/4 cchocolate chips
How To Make picnic watermelon cupcakes

1Mix all cupcake ingredients in bowl and beat for about 2min. Fill cupcake lined pans about 3/4 way full. Bake 350 for 15-18min. Cool.

2Melt white chips and spread on cupcakes. Frosting-cream butter and sugar add puree and koolaid flavoring and beat til fluffy about three minutes. Frost cupcakes.

3Sprinkle cupcakes with chocolate chips. Enjoy.
