Ingredients For picnic pumpkin bars
- BARS

4eggs, beaten

2 cgranulated sugar

1 cvegetable oil

1 1/2 cpumpkin, canned or cooked

2 cflour

2 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt

1 tspground cinnamon
- ICING
-
1 - 3 oz pkgcream cheese

1 tspvanilla extract
-
3/4 stickmargarine

1 Tbspmilk

2 cpowdered sugar
How To Make picnic pumpkin bars

1Bars: Beat eggs and sugar. Add oil and pumpkin. Add dry ingredients.

2Pour into lightly greased and floured jelly roll pan.

3Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until tests done. Cool. Frost

4ICING: Beat cream cheese and margarine. Add vanilla and milk. Gradually add powdered sugar. Forst cooled bars. Cut into squares.
