Ingredients For pickling pig cake

  • 1 box
    golden cake mix
  • 1 sm
    can mandarin oranges, do not drain
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    crisco oil
  • ICING
  • 1
    9 ounce carton cool whip
  • 1 md
    can crushed pineapple
  • 1
    3.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 c
    coconut

How To Make pickling pig cake

    For cake: Mix ingredients all together and beat with electric mixer very well.

    pour into 3 layer pans, bake @ 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Do not over bake. Remove and cool
  • 3
    For icing: Mix together and beat well. Spread between layers and sprinkle with coconut.
  • 4
    Cover with saran wrap. (Keep in refrigerator ) and let sit 3-4 days before serving.
