1 boxgolden cake mix

1 smcan mandarin oranges, do not drain

4eggs

1/2 ccrisco oil
- ICING

19 ounce carton cool whip

1 mdcan crushed pineapple

13.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding

1/2 ccoconut
How To Make pickling pig cake

1For cake: Mix ingredients all together and beat with electric mixer very well.

2pour into 3 layer pans, bake @ 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Do not over bake. Remove and cool

3For icing: Mix together and beat well. Spread between layers and sprinkle with coconut.

4Cover with saran wrap. (Keep in refrigerator ) and let sit 3-4 days before serving.
