1 1/2 cflour

1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspsalt

1/2 csoftened butter

1/2 csugar

1/2 csour cream

2 lgeggs

1/4 csweet pickle juice

1/3 cbread and butter pickles finely chopped
- FROSTING

1/2 cbutter softened

8 ozcream cheese softened

2 1/2 cpowdered sugar

1 Tbspvanilla

2 Tbspsweet pickle juice
- GARNISH

How To Make pickle cupcakes

1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Add cupcake liners to cupcake pan.

2In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs and beat. Add the sour cream and pickle juice. Beat. Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix well.

3Fill each cupcake to about half full. Bake for 20 minutes or until done. Let cool completely.

4Whip all the ingredients together for the frosting beating until fluffy. If too thick add a little milk. Spread on cupcakes and garnish with a pickle slice.
