3/4 cspecial dark cocoa powder

1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1 1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt

1 cmilk

1/2 cvegetable oil

2 tspvanilla extract

1 cboiling water
- GLAZE

2/3 cpowdered sugar

1 Tbspspecial dark cocoa powder

1 1/2 Tbspwater

1/2 tspvanilla extract
- ENOUGH POWDERED SAGAR TO DUST CAKE
How To Make "perfectly chocolate" chocolate cake

1Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour pan.

2Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed of mixer 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour batter into prepared pan.

3Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely. Top with powdered sugar and glaze Glaze
