I've been making these since I was probably 8 or 9. I was given a little spiral bound Betty Crocker cookbook and this was one of the recipes. I've made them so often I memorized it! The cookbook is long gone, if I had the name I'd give credit.

1 csugar

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

4eggs

1 coil

1 1/2 cflour

1 cchopped pecans

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspsalt

1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make pecan blondie

1Preheat oven to 350, grease a 9 x 13 pan

2Mix together both sugars, eggs, vanilla, salt, and oil

3Mix the flour and baking powder together and pour into the first mixture. Add the chopped pecans and mix only until no more flour is visible.

4Pour into baking dish and bake for 35-45 minutes, a toothpick should come out clean.
