Ingredients For pear bundt cake

  • 3 c
    flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 c
    quick or old fasioned oats, uncooked
  • 1 Tbsp
    baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 1/2 c
    shredded, pears
  • 4
    eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c
    oil
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make pear bundt cake

  • 1
    Combine flour, brown sugar, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and soda in a large bowl.

    Add pears, eggs, oil and vanilla; mix just untol dry ingredients are moistened.

    Spoon into a well-greased 12 cup fluted tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

    Cool on rack 10 minutes; remove cake from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
