Ingredients For pear bundt cake

3 cflour

1 1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 cquick or old fasioned oats, uncooked

1 Tbspbaking powder
-
1 1/2 tspcinnamon

1 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspbaking soda
-
1 1/2 cshredded, pears
-
4eggs, beaten
-
3/4 coil
-
2 tspvanilla extract
How To Make pear bundt cake

1Combine flour, brown sugar, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and soda in a large bowl.

2Add pears, eggs, oil and vanilla; mix just untol dry ingredients are moistened.

3Spoon into a well-greased 12 cup fluted tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.

4Cool on rack 10 minutes; remove cake from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
