1 chalf and half

1packet instant vanilla pudding mix

1 pkg(8 ounces) cream cheese,softened

1 ccreamy peanut butter,melted

1 boxyellow cake mix

1 chot water

1/2 cvegetable oil
-
3egg whites

3 Tbsppeanut butter powder

2 cpeanut butter chips,divided
How To Make peanut butter pudding cake?

1In a medium bowl,combine heavy cream,half and half,vanilla pudding mix,cream cheese and peanut butter;whisk well for 3 minutes until blended.

2Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.

3Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Line a 9 -x-13 baking pan with parchment paper and coat with cooking spray.

4In a large bowl,combine cake mix,hot water, oil,egg whites and peanut butter powder with a electric mixer.Beat on low speed for 3 minutes.

5Pour half of cake batter into a prepared baking pan.Spoon half of peanut butter pudding and spread evenly.

6Sprinkle with 1 cup peanut butter chips.Continue spread half of cake batter on top.

7Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.Cool completely.

8Spread remaining peanut butter pudding onto the cooled cake.Sprinkle remaining peanut butter chips
