This is to die for cake!!! I have made it plenty of times and every one loves it!!! It sound a bit complicated but it really isn't that hard. Just a lot of steps.

Ingredients For peanut butter meltaway cake
- ADD IN A BOWL:

2 csugar
-
2c cflour
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 tspbaking powder
- SET ASIDE
- COMBINE IN A SAUCE PAN:

1 cwater
-
1 cbutter or oleo
-
3 Tbspcocoa
- BRING TO A BOIL, THEN ADD TO FLOUR MIXTURE
- COMBINE:

2eggs
-
2 Tbspvanilla
-
1/2 csour cream
- ADD THIS TO THE CHOCLATE MIXTURE
How To Make peanut butter meltaway cake

1BAKE AT 350* FOR 30 MIN. IN A GREASED 9X13 PAN

2COOL THE CAKE FOR 20 MIN.

3AFTER THE CAKE HAS COOLED 20 MIN. SPREAD WITH 1 CUP PEANUT BUTTER. If the PB is too thick microwave for 20 or 30 seconds so as not to lift the cake

4MIX AND BOIL FOR 2 MIN. : 1 stick butter or oleo 3T. cocoa 6T milk 2tsp. vanilla

5REMOVE FROM THE HEAT

6ADD: confectioners sugar (up to 1#)

7FROST THE CAKE AND ENJOY
