Who doesn't like peanut butter and chocolate. Had to try it in a cake.

Ingredients For peanut butter chocolate cake

  • 1 pkg
    chocolate cake mix
  • 1 1/4 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    reduced fat sour cream
  • 2
    egg, whites
  • 1 pkg
    reduced fat cream cheese (8 oz.)
  • 1
    egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c
    sugar or splenda
  • 1/2 c
    reduced fat creamy peanut butter or no sugar added
  • 1/4 c
    fat free milk or 2%

How To Make peanut butter chocolate cake

  • 1
    Mix cake mix, water, sour cream and egg whites on medium speed for 2 minutes. Coat a 13x9 pan with spray and flour or baking spray.

    Pour batter in pan. Beat cream cheese, eff, splenda or sugar, peanut butter, and milk until smooth. Drop by Tablespoon over batter and swirl with knife.

    Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Cool on rack. refrigerate any leftovers.
