I have no idea where I got this recipe, it isn't in my writing, Grandma's, Barb's or mom's. But I remember eating it, and someone must have given it to me!

Ingredients For peanut butter cake

1/2 cbutter

1 cwater

4 Tbsppeanut butter

2 cflour

2 csugar

1 tspbaking soda

2eggs
-
1/2 csour milk (1/4 c white vinegar and 1/4 c milk)
- TOPPING:

3/4 cbutter

6 Tbsppeanut butter

9 Tbspmilk

1/2 tspvanilla
How To Make peanut butter cake

1Bring to boil: 1/2 c butter, 1 c water and 4 T peanut butter.

2Cool a little and add: flour, sugar and soda. Mix well.

3Add eggs and sour milk. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees 20 minutes in a sheet cake pan.

4Topping: Melt all ingredients on stove, remove from heat and add 1 1/2 boxes of powdered sugar. Pour over cake. Topping makes about 6 cups.
