I made a super deep chocolate cake with peanut butter butter cream frosting. The peanut butter butter cream has been a great little recipe for me. Everyone I know has loved it so far, to the point where I'm constantly using it in stuff. So I'm posting it by itself here and now!

Ingredients For peanut butter butter cream frosting

  • 1 c
    (2 sticks) unsalted butter (room temperature)
  • 1 c
    organic creamy peanut butter
  • 3 c
    confectioner's sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp
    dark chocolate syrup

How To Make peanut butter butter cream frosting

    EASY!! In a large mixing bowl cream butter and peanut butter together. Beat in vanilla. Then gradually beat in confectioner's sugar until complete incorporated and fluffy. Then slowly fold in the chocolate syrup until completely incorporated. Spread at room temperature across cakes or any other dessert you like.
