peachy muffins
Had a few organic peaches, and wanted to do something with them. This is what I came up with… Peaches in a muffin tin. So, you ready… let’s get into the kitchen.

Ingredients For peachy muffins

1/2 clight brown sugar, packed

1/2 cflour, all purpose variety

1 tspbaking powder
-
1 pinchsalt, kosher variety

1/2 canmilk, whole fat
-
3 Tbspsweet butter, unsalted
-
2 mdpeaches, skins removed, quartered and chopped

fresh cinnamon, to taste
-
light brown sugar, to taste
How To Make peachy muffins

1Gather your ingredients.

2Add the milk, brown sugar, flour, baking powder and salt to at bowl.

3Mix to combine, and reserve.

4Place a rack in the middle position, and preheat the oven to 370f (187c).

5Add 1/2 tablespoon of butter to the bottom of the muffin tins.

6Chef’s Note: I’m using paper muffin cups, but that’s not necessary.

7Place the muffin tin in the oven, for five minutes.

8Remove from the oven with the melted butter.
-
9Divide the flour mixture between the 6 muffin tins.
-
10Add the peaches to the tins.

11Add some brown sugar, and cinnamon to the top of each muffin.

12Place into the oven, and bake for about 25 minutes, or until nicely browned.

13Allow the muffins to cool, and then serve while still warm. Enjoy.
