Ingredients For peaches and cream no-bake cheesecake

  • 2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 Tbsp
    margarine, melted
  • 1 c
    sugar,divided
  • 4 box
    8oz each neufchatel cream cheese
  • 1 box
    4-serving size peach flavored gelatin
  • 2
    fresh peaches chopped or 15oz can drained
  • 1
    8oz tub lite cool whip,thawed

How To Make peaches and cream no-bake cheesecake

    Mix graham crumbs,margarine and 1/4 cup of sugar; press firmly onto bottom of 13x9 inch pan. Refrigerate while preparing filling. Beat cream cheese and remaining 3/4 cup sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.Add dry gelatin mix; mix until blended. Stir in peaches. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon over crust; Cover. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Store leftovers in fridge. enjoy:)
