Ingredients For peach sheet cake

  • 1 pkg
    orange or lemon cake mix
  • 1 can
    peach pie filling, 21 oz
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese, softened, 8 oz
  • 1 pkg
    vanilla instant pudding, 3 1/2 oz box
  • 1 can
    crushed pineapple, do not drain 16 oz can
  • 1 pkg
    cool whip, 8 0z

How To Make peach sheet cake

    With a fork, do not use spoon, mix together the cake mix, pie filling, and eggs. Mix well. Add sour cream and mix well again. Pour into a 13x9 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30m minutes.

    Cool cake completely.

    Mix together cream cheese, pudding mix, crushed pineapple with juice, mix well. Fold into the cool whip.

    Spread on cool cake. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

    NOTE: This is a very good cake and keeps well, but must be refrigerated.
