2 candiced peaches in light juice

6 Tbspaunt jemima buttermilk pancake mix

3 Tbspdark brown sugar,divided

2 Tbspsplenda
-
2 Tbsprolled oats, (not instant)

3 Tbspbutter melted

2 tspcinnamon, ground

1/2 tspnutmeg

1Filling In a large bowl add peaches, 2 tbsp of brown sugar, splenda, 1 tsp of cinnamon, nutmeg; mix well. Transfer in ramekins or pie pan; set aside.

2Topping Combine pancake mixture, melted butter, remaining cinnamon, remaining brown sugar and rolled oats. To a big crumble pieces. Sprinkle evenly over peaches and bake for 35 minutes until golden brown.. Eat with vanilla ice cream..
