How To Make peach coffee cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Grease 9\" square baking pan.

3Make streusel: Combine oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl.

4With pasty blender or 2 knives, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

5Stir in pecans.

6Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.

7Beat butter and sugar in mixer bowl at medium speed until light and fluffy.

8Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.

9Add sour cream alternately with dry ingredients, beginning and ending with dry ingredients; beat just until combined.

10Spread batter in prepared pan.

11Sprinkle evenly with half the streusel.

12Spoon peaches on top; sprinkle with remaining streusel.

13Bake 50-60 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

14Cool in pan on wire rack 30 minutes.

15Sprinkle with confectioners\' sugar.

16Serve warm or at room temperature.
