Ingredients For peach cake

1 Tbspbutter, softened

1 csugar

2 1/2 cflour

3 tspbaking powder

1 1/2 cmilk

3/4 csugar

2 tspcinnamon

5 lgpeaches, peeled and sliced

2 Tbspbutter, melted
How To Make peach cake

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. With electric mixer, blend first five ingredients.

2Spread in greased and floured 15x10" jelly roll pan, or 13x9" plus one 8" cake pan.

3Combine 3/4 cup sugar with 2 teaspoons of cinnamon and sprinkle half of cinnamon/sugar mixture lightly over dough base.

4Arrange peach slices by rows on top of base.

5Sprinkle with remainder of cinnanmon/sugar mixture and drizzle melted butter over all.

6Bake for 25-30 minutes.
