    sugar
  • 1 1/2 c
    canola oil
  • 4 lg
    eggs
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 3 c
    carrots, grated
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    allspice
  • 1/2 c
    pecans chopped
  • CREAM CHEESE FROSTING
  • 8 oz
    cream cheeese
  • 1/2 c
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 lb
    powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract pure

How To Make pat's carrot spice cake and frosting

    Cream sugar, oil, and eggs. Add dry ingredients. mix until blended. Add carrots and nuts stir until mixed in.

    pour into a greased 9x13 pan.Bake at 300* for 30 to 40 minutes
