A dear friend of mine Pat Denton who waited tables at Red Lobster in Greenville,SC from the 1st day they opened. She had us so spoiled she was always baking a cake. This is one of her recipes. Preheat oven 350*

Ingredients For pat denton's cheese cake

1 csugar

38 oz. softened cream cheese

4 lgeggs
-
1 tspvanilla

1/3 cpowdered sugar

1/2 stickmargarine

1 1/2 cgraham cracker cumbs

1 csour cream * this is optional*

1 cancherries * this is optional*
How To Make pat denton's cheese cake

1Melt the maragine

2Mix maragine with graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar

3Line the bottom of a spring pan with graham cracker mixature.

4Mix the white sugar, cream cheese, eggs and vanilla together and pour over the top of graham crackers. Bake at 350* for 50 minutes

5You can top with 1 cup of sour cream or cheeries or just leave it plain.
